Tenga B virus repair or delete

My computer unfortunately was recently infected with the win32:Tenga B virus. 800+ files are infected. The virus attaches itself to .exe files. My virus scanner (Avast!) has all the files located, but I am stuck on whether I need to delete them all and reinstall OR whether there is a repair option out there somewhere. Certainly if it added itself to it, there must be a program that can excise it and resave the cleaned file to avoid massive reinstallation headache.

Has anyone had any experience with this to make a recommendation? If delete is the only way, so be it, but I would rather repair.
