Can't complete uninstall of Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 on Windows Vista workstation
Trying to unistalll trial version of Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 on a Windows Vista machine.
Using complete uninstall option (which is what I want) - runs successfully until it tries to "stop utilities" and then I get the following error
Error 1921 - Services Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 could not be stopped. Verify that you have sufficeint privileges to stop system services.
I'm logged on using the administrator account - same account the software was installed with.
Any ideas?

Thanks! Ending up having to re-install / repair to fix the faulty uninstall then used your original suggestion to uninstall and your second to make sure there were no traces left.

Kaspersky still shows up in the list of programs - but if I use the windows uninstaller it says This action is valid for products that are currently installed.
So it still shows up in the program list, (all programs and control panel) and I can still see at least some of the files if I search on my computer.... seems like I may have managed a partial uninstall which isn't going to do me any good.
