Our environment is with Exchange running on VIrtual servers. &nbsp;I have this exact situation. &nbsp;The problem is, I have tried the setup /m:RecoverServer process twice and both times this process failes trying to start the Transport Service. &nbsp;My only recourse is to build new virtual servers as it appears that the RecoverServer makes just enough registry entries to prevent a reprocessing. &nbsp;I saw that there was an option to NOT START the Transport Services. &nbsp;Are they required to be running so that I can run Add/Remove programs to perform the final removal from our AD organization?
