i have a website with a flash movie looping on the home page. it is controlled by an xml file, enabling the client to ostensibly swap out images and captions. in xml i have to enter &amp;amp; to have the ampersands show &amp;&nbsp;online. it was showing up fine a few weeks ago. now it is reverting to &amp;amp; (ie PG&amp;amp;E &nbsp; instead of &nbsp; PG&amp;E). does anyone know how i should fix this? does it have anything to do with doctype? (currently:)<br />
