My boss is asking me to create a central mailbox that people will send emails to if they want to submit feedback. A requirement that he had though, was to forward the email that was delivered to the inbox to his inbox and have it marked as high priority. Essentially, he wants to receive the email to from inbox but also, wants some sort of unique indicator that will stand out to him when he is skimming through the subject lines of the emails on his phone. I've tried doing it through outlook under rules and alerts but is says it is client only (which I confirmed does carry over the high importance mark) and webmail doesn't have the option. I've looked around exchange but I can't seem to find anything useful. Can anyone help?
