Click Help-&gt; About Word<br />
Click Disabled items<br />
Click any listed there that you know and try to enable them <br />

Sometimes a bad document or Addin can cause this issue. &nbsp;If the Addin/Document with not start or you do not know it, search your drive and remove it.<br />
<br />
Also, search and remove any ~*.* files to your recycle bin before restarting Word.<br />

With the addin removed, when you enable it, it disappears as Word cannot find it.
