Hi there,

I recently had my PC rebuilt but have been encountering some problems from time to time.   This problem has happened twice in the past 6 weeks.  I have attached the relevant Blue Screen to this post, as well as a PDF file that is the suggestion from Microsoft.

The card displays in Windows XP as an ATI Radeon HD 2400 (although on the front of its box it says it is a "RX2400 Pro".  The driver date is 6/6/2007, driver version 8.383.0.0, driver not digitally signed.

Can anybody advise as to the best way to resolve this error?  Should I try removing the device and re-installing it from scratch?
