Exchange Email Template

I have just been made aware that now our company needs to have company registration numbers and possibly Vat numbers on every outgoing email.

Is there a simple way to set a template for all users in exchange with out user input or configuration in outlook but also keeping there personal Signatures in tact.

Thanks

You normally will need a third party program to do this, some Antivirus / Antispam programs have this feature built in.
We use Sophos Antivirus / Puremessage and this has the option of adding a "Disclaimer" to the end of all messages in a HTML format (lets you add the VAT and Reg numbers of the company etc).
You may already have one of these installed, if not there is another program:
GFI Mail Essentials

Apparently this is a trial version, but when it expires the "Disclaimer" function is still functional, so should do what you are asking.

We do have GFI MailEssentials on our exchanger server, but it has expired

I have just tried using the "Disclaimer" with my unregisterd version and it doesnt appear to work
This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.

Ah so they must have discontinued it in the new version.
Thats a shame! I think the only option is a paid third party program, there are several possibilities.

This was the article about GFI:

What Antivirus / Antispam solution do you use? There may be a way with that, or a cheap extension to add on.

I'm trying to locate the free version of GFI, but this has been removed 31 August 2003.trying to trall sites for it but no joy,  we have Mcafee Epolicy Orchestrator and groupshied for exchange running.

We only have about 20 -30 users so licensing shoud not be much but a free solution would be great.
