When a users sends an email to an AOL email address the AOL user gets a winmail.dat attachments. None of the solutions I have found are not working. It could be users not remember what I suggested. We have some of the AOL user setup as contacts in our Global Address Book; I do not see an option always send this recipient in Microsoft Exchange rich text format. See attchment (Iremoved the email address). I cannot check the check box.
