Add route to vpn connection

I have set up a vpn server in win2008
However to enable the users to be able to access internet resources I have the use default gateway unchecked for the connection. I have done this because they all complained about MSN and other things not working all the time using our gateway. Unfortunately with this setup users cant access resources on our other subnets. When I tested a user and had him add the routes manually everything could be accessed.
I had him input at the cmd prompt:
route add 10.10.0.0 mask 255.255.0.0 192.168.0.69 (his vpn adapter address) metric 1
route add 192.168.0.0 mask 255.255.0.0 192.168.0.69 (his vpn adapter address) metric 2
I also added a the routes in his AD profile dialup tab, but it didnt work.
How can I accomplish this route addition to be added to the local machine via a login script or some kind of assignment
TIA
Wayne
