XPro SP3 uninstall

I installed SP3 on a XP box, all went correctly, but after reboot I got a blue screen saying
"STOP:c0000139 GDi get bitmap bitssize could not be found located in link lib GD132.dll"
I got the drive out and was able to recover the users doc's, pst file ect...
I have the drive connected to a drive wire whcich aloows me to boot into a box that i ave it attached to and view the drive as if it was any oher drive attahced to the system. Is there a way to uninstall SP3? I can't see the control panle...
any idesa?

I get this message when attempting LeeTutor's suggestion.  It appears that this folder is empty.

This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.
