Backup Exec for Windows Servers Environment Check

What do I need to do in this situation....if anything??  When I run the B/E environment check I get a warning.  The warning is as follows......

       Microsoft SQL Server/MDSE
An instance of microsoft SQL 2000 was found that is not updated to Service Pack 3a.
An instance of Microsoft SQL Server was found that is not updated to the correct service pack.  Using this SQL Server instance with Backup Exec may cause errors.  To install Backup Exec successfully, upgrade this SQL Server to Service Pack 3a, or select another instance.

It show a total of 4 instances..3 of them say Version: 2000 SP 3a and the last one says Version:2000.  The instance in question is SQLEXPRESS, wich we have installed SQL 2005 Express onto the server.

We are running Windows 2003 Server SBS.

Do I need to update this particular instance??  If so, how do I update just that one instance?? I also have all Windows updates installed on the server.

Thank You,
Ryan
