Timer delay inside stored procedure

I have a stored procedure in SQL Server 2005 that I run from Access 2003.  The SPROC looks up some information and composes 2 emails, the first one being part 1 of the information, and the second being part 2.  Inside the SPROC, I need to program a delay of 15-20 seconds or so between the 2 emails.

What code do I use?
Microsoft SQL Server
