Cannot copy image into OWA 2003 message

I have several machines that have the following. Windows XP SP2, IE 7, OWA 2003.

When I attempt to copy an image from my computer into a message I am composing in OWA 2003 the image displays as a red X. The outline of the image is present but the image is not. I also get

When I click yes to display the blocked content, the page reloads and then and I am left with a white screen.

Any ideas of how I can get images from my computer into and OWA Message in IE7 under windows XP sp2.

IE seems to be blocking active content.
Try: Tools | Internet Options | Security | Custom Level...
and check "ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins" section for any disabled option which may be causing IE not to allow what you want to do.


Apparently copying images into an message composed in OWA in not a feature as the images must be stored in the message and the message must know where to get them in order to insert them into the message.
