How to change Server Level Collation on SQL Server 2005

I have installed a new Standard edition SQL server 2005 instance on a cluster server and have changed the Active/Passive to Active/Active. Can any one would suggest how to change the new Instance server collation from Latin1_General_CI_AS      to       SQL_Latin1_General_CP850_CI_AS.  This one could not help me out evenif I run it after stopping the servives and changing the server to single user.

start /wait setup.exe /qb INSTANCENAME=MSSQLSERVER REINSTALL=SQL_Engine REBUILDDATABASE=1 SAPWD=test SQLCOLLATION=SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AI

Can you please advice some other solution? Thanks.
