I've got a client experiencing issues opening HTML email in Lotus Notes 7.0.3. When they attempt to open a HTML message Notes hangs, forcing the user to end task it. Now I've done all the basic DB stuff fixup, compact, design refresh, etc... But none have resolved the issue<br />

It's seems to me that Notes is attempting to render the message but just can't. Any ideas?<br />

I've got a client experiencing issues opening HTML email in Lotus Notes 7.0.3. When they attempt to open a HTML message Notes hangs, forcing the user to end task it. Now I've done all the basic DB stuff fixup, compact, design refresh, etc... But none have resolved the issue

It's seems to me that Notes is attempting to render the message but just can't. Any ideas?

Notes crashing when attempting to open HTML email

Lotus Software produced the Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheet program, and later developed Lotus Notes, a groupware and email system. Following its acquisition by IBM, the Notes and Domino client/server collaborative platform were expanded to include functions such as email, calendars, to-do lists, contacts management, teamrooms, discussion forums, file sharing, microblogging, instant messaging, blogs, and user directories. IBM also release SmartSuite, a comprehensive office suite, and followed that with Symphony, unrelated to the Lotus suite of the same name.
