Cannot reset offline files cache.

Logged on with administrator rights. Get 'Access Denied' when attempt to reset offline files cache.
Offline files is enabled, however it is dimmed. There is no applied policy that I can find causing this. This is the only workstation on the domain with these symptoms. Any suggestions as how to resolve?

As it turns out when I attempted to modify the registry I got "Cannot create key: Error while opening the key NetCache" so I checked the permissions on the key and gave Administrators Full control. After that I was able to edit the registry. This fixed both of my problems. Thanks.

When attempting to modify the registry per the instructions in the second part of http://support.microsoft.com/kb/230738 I got "Cannot create key: Error while opening the key NetCache"
I checked and changed the permissions for this key to full control for administrators. Then I was able to successfully modify the registry. This fixed the dimmed Enable Offline files and reset the cache.
