How do I publish certain folders nested in my Mailbox w/o granting full access?

I want to share specific folders nested within my mailbox for a few key staffers on my support team. We will use them to collaborate on shared information sent to me. How do I setup my Outlook so that Mike has full access to just specific folder I want to share to him?

I found that in order to share a nested folder, the parents folders going all the way back up to the root directory had to be enabled as "Visible"
