automatic connection to host

I'm trying to  set my FM pro 6 to connect automatically to a host when i click on the shortcut. Right now I have the open new or existing file dialog box openning then i have to click host and choose my host. I could just cancel and use the open recent button but I'm lazy.

Anyone has a trick for me?

do a fake database (I'll call it launcher) with a single script (put it on your local machine)
this script will open the remote database.
if you'd like to avoid login and passwd, create the same user/login in this launcher
set that script as the startup script, and set the default user the account you created.
double clicking on this opens the remote file strait away.
improved version: in the real file startup script, you can close the launcher window.

I'm using a window version,  will that work too?

yes, no problem. I've done it before, even with fm4
