MSSQL to MySQL Datediff minute max conversion?

Me again, this time attempting to understand MySQL's version of Datediff, help...

I suspect Datediff and Interval come into play here somehow...

Select col1, count(*) as count1
From table1
Where col1 Like '%Mrs%' Or col1 Like '%Mr%'
group by col1
having datediff(minute, max(colDateTime), getdate()) > '20'
