How Do You Completely Uninstall Registry Mechanic

When you uninstall Registry Mechanic it still leaves license information on the machine.  If you re-install Registry Mechanic, the old information is automatically pulled in.  I have a situation when a PC went to a different division and I need to update the license with a different user and license number without having to format the entire drive. Have deleted all of the apparent references to Registry Mechanic in the registry but this has not solved the issue.

Tech Support has been less than helpful with this.

Try monitoring Registry Mechanic's access to registry as well as to files by using Process Monitor

After identifying the required hives to delete uninstall Registry Mechanic and then delete the registry hives not deleted automatically by the uninstaller.

Reinstall the program. Then download and install Revo Uninstaller

Use Revo Uninstaller in Advanced Mode to uninstall the program. Remove everything it finds relative to the program. Then reinstall the program again.

I believe what scrathcyboy says is correct about it being spyware at the best.  Trying all of the suggestions, I have still be unsuccessful in uninstalling all of the program.  It still retains the original license number.  PCTools says that they can delete that license and that will force an update for me to enter the new license.  So I loose 3 installs so I can get the license off?  I won't be renewing my license for Registery Mechanic.
