Help removing DHCP from Cisco 2611

Newbie here!
Let me start by saying I don't have any Cisco training so I'll need to KISS (Keep it simple stupid).
My 2611 is configured as a DHCP server for my network.  I would like to remove this function so I can have my clients lease their IP addresses from a Windows 2003 server that is configured to run DHCP but just waiting to be turned on.
I can log onto the 2611 and perform some basic shows and stuff but I don't know what to do about removing DHCP.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I followed your instrcutions...removed the my pool (actually two were listed but the second was a part of the first...don't know who set this up as it was here years before I got here).  Now the config does not have these entries.  I presume I should start DHCP on my server then test from client to be sure it's getting it IP from the server rather than the 2611?
Thats correct. WIthout those lines in the config the 2611 is no longer serving DHCP.
Your answer was perfect.
I just tested with my PC and it's working great....DHCP is being hosted by my 2003 server now.  Thanks!!
