I have a web application built with struts with hibernate &nbsp;... In that we have used multi lingual facility to have it for different languages like english, french etc., ... I use Application Resource Properties file to keep different language strings on it and i have used it in my web application ... hope this is the common way to have it language ,,, It works perfect ... no problem ...<br />

I just see that on each page, i have like this<br />
&lt;meta http-equiv=&quot;Content-Type&quot; content=&quot;text/html; charset=iso-8859-1&quot;&gt;<br />

Do I need to change this as above charset as ...UTF-8 &nbsp;.... instead of iso-8859-1<br />
