Unfortunately, ULS (User Level Security) was removed in A2007, so ... there is no inherent way to do this - unless ... you are actually using an A2003 mdb inside of A2007?

What would you recommend as a platform for use then , A2003 or A 2007,  - I am in process of development  of a database and still can switch to 2003 ?

let me rephrase that , what would you recommend  , in sense of  not allowing user to access the table structure  and code etc in a single user environment . ?
