No users syncing after upgrade from SB BES to BPS

After upgrading our BES to Blackberry Professional Services, none of our users are getting e-mails anymore, and it's confirmed in the user section of Blackberry Manager where none of them have synced since before the upgrade.  All of the services are running, and in BB Manager, the Connection Service is also running although the main server status is shown as "Unknown".  Thanks for any help you can provide!
