Exchange Server 2003 manager does not show security tab.

I recently was making permissions changes on my exchange server, and I wanted to limit our generic admin account from being able to open mailboxes.  In the process of messing with the security tabs in the Microsoft Exchange manager I some how took all access away from my admin.  Now when I try to open the manger it says there is no exchange server for this network.  I can log in as a different administrator and open the manager just fine, but when I go to properties at the parent level I am unable to get the security tab to remove the deny access changes I made.  How do I get this tab to show up?
