SBS unable to boot from mirror

My primary drive is failing so I tried to boot from the mirror. First I tried to swap drives and I would get the POST and then nothing. I swapped back and booted into the "Windows Server 2003 Mirror" and it crashed. Finally I booted with the primary and choose "Boot Mirror C: - secondary plex" and it worked.

How can I get this to boot from mirror drive? Will "fixboot" do it?

Thanks,
Dave

What exactly do you mean by Mirror?  Are you running with a Raid 1 setup, or do you have a backup image of your server on a separate hard drive?

Sorry, I'm running with a Raid 1 setup (using the disk management console).

THanks,

Just to clarify the steps you've already taken:

When you did your first drive swap, did you replace the bad HD with a new one, did you change the BIOS boot settings, or did you switch the positions of the mirrored and primary drives?

I switched the positions of the mirrored and primary drives.
