Get the Adminpak as already mentioned. After downloading and running the installer, the &quot;Administrative Tools&quot; directory within Control Panel will be populated with a large number of shortcuts to the MMC applets installed as a result of Adminpak installation.<br />

Not all the Windows 2003 tools are there - you will see all the ones which are present by default in a Windows 2003 Server installation, plus the Active Directory applets.<br />

If you need to upgrade to a Vista workstation at any point, you'll need to reinstall Adminpak then run a script (<a href="http://www.petri.co.il/running_win_2003_adminpak_on_vista_rtm.htm" rel="ugc">http://www.petri.co.il/running_win_2003_adminpak_on_vista_rtm.htm</a>) to register some DLLs and make the tools work correctly.<br />
