Applying Outlook 2003 PRF does not set full name

I have a login script to deploy an outlook PRF file. So far everything works well, but the problem I have is that It will not set the user's full name. Since there is no environmental variable that has the users first and last name I cant figure out how to set this up for the life of me. Ive tried crazy vbscripts to create environmental variables and its driving me nuts!

I would assume that there would be a simple way to do this, as the rest of the setup is flawless. Why would a user have to go into the settings and set their full name?

Hopefully I am overlooking something simple.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks for your reply.
Let me clarify my question a bit when I say that it will not display the user's full name. I am using the PRF to setup a POP3 account. When the Setup is finished there is no value set for the users display name.
This is something that is not addressed as far as I can see in the setup of the PRF file. I am still sorting through the information in the links you suggested and will let you know if they have what I am looking for.

I appreciate your help
