SMTP error mail box is full
When I or anyone sends mail to one of my clients I get a undelivered message: "The message could not be delivered because the recipient's mailbox is full."
I have confirmed that he actually gets his mail so it is being delivered.
I also looked at his PST file and that's only at 400MB so his mail box should not be full either.
Any help will be much appreciated

Are you on an Exchange server or using your ISP's POP?
He could be downloading his mails, but also keeping them on the server.
Check this Outlook option on his machine.

is this exchange server or pop? if it's exchange, check the "issue warning at _____kb" option in the storage limits section.

No it's PoP have no Idea who hosts it and I am doubtfull he would be able to tell me.
I checked his internet email settings and the check box to keep a copy on the server is not checked at all.
So that should not be a problem there.
Thanks for the quick replies
