Cisco 3560 Restrict Access

I'm having trouble getting my access lists to work. I'm trying to block certain address from talking with one another. This is what I putting in for my access list..

access list 101
access-list 101 deny ip host 192.168.0.80 host 192.168.0.127
access list 102
access-list 102 deny ip host 192.168.10.27 any
access-list 102 permit ip host 192.168.10.27 host 192.168.0.102

I'm trying to block access from one another but still have access to other machines on the network. I just dont wont these machines to have access to one another because they are quest host.
