We are testing internal email encryption.   From XP I was able to use IE to browse and get a certificate on the XP computer. Using OWA (webmail) I was able to configure encryption and send/recieve encrypted emails.  The profile was deleted, a new profile created and OWA reconfigured, however I can no longer read or send encrypted emails.

How do I recover the certificate from the CA and get encryption working again?
