Error performing a "Load into" from VB.Net to Informix

Hello experts...quick one before the holiday weekend!

I am trying to load a comma deliited file into an Informix table from within VB.Net.

I am buidling the string:

 "load from " & Chr(34) & filename & Chr(34) & " delimiter " & Chr(34) & "," & Chr(34) & " insert into mytable"

but am getting the error "ERROR[42000][Informix .NET provider][Informix]A syntax error has occurred." can it does not complete the load into my table.

If I break the program and copy and paste the string into my database application (Server Studio) it works just fine. ("load from "c:\temp\test.txt" delimiter "," insert into mytable")

Any thoughts?

Informix uses apostrophes, not quotation marks.

Found the problem, thanks for your suggestions. GHeist, I was using (and have to use the quotation marks from within vb.net to encapsulate the variables.
