Same Account - Two Computers

Is it possible to set up the same email account on two different computers - one wired to the Internet and the other wireless - and be able to access all the email on each? I want to set up a wireless laptop for my Mother so she can read her email from the comfort of her rocking chair when she so chooses but I also want to be able to leave all messages on both computers so she can see them on her desktop when she goes into her computer room for some peace and quiet.

Thank you.

It is POP3 and Outlook Express. I will try what you suggested and let you know the results.
You did not mention who is the e-mail provider.  If they provide IMAP support to the e-mail account, and rather than hoping messages stay on the server for x days (and which doesn't keep the separate e-mail clients in sync with each other), you might want to switch to using IMAP access to your mailbox.  What you see in your mailbox up on the server is what you see in your local e-mail client.  If you delete an e-mail, it's not hanging around for x days on the server to continue showing up in the other e-mail client on the other computer.
