Gmail Sender/Receiver Indicator

How can I create a Gmail Sender/Receiver Indicator that will appear at the bottom right of the web page, and when I scroll down the page, it will disappear automatically. Just like what Gmail doing.

Is this possible?

hi there,

nothing show up on my IE 6 and FF, and I don't want to display a "preload" thing, what I need is just an indicator to let the user knows that there is more info below the page.

hope that explained what I need here. thanks.
