How to export list of files in Disk Quota Entries

In managing Disk Quota, I have now learned to open up quota entries to view a list of files charged against a given user.
Is there a way I could export the list to say an Excel spreadsheet?
Such a list would be useful for the user concerned to determine the files owned by him. And to assist the administrator on whether to remove, move or take ownership..
Thanks

Hi
You can select all text in the wiev window, then press Ctrl+C, then paste this on a wordpad file.
Don't use notepad or Word, because that will not work.

Thanks dan_blaqut.
Sorry for the delay in providing feedback.
I tried your suggestion via remote desktop to the server concerned. It did not work. Thinking that there may be issues with key strokes during a RDP session, I have just tried the same onsite, sitting at the server. Still no success.
Wonder why it happens for you but not me!

Well but you can paste the info on a local wordpad, then transfer the file.

Hi Dan,
I feel kind of silly.
On my Win2K3 server computer, it does not work even with Notepad.
I am still trying to figure out why.
dan_blagut

Well for me it work like that:

I open the Quota windows, then I select all lines with Ctrl+C
I open an Notepad then I press Ctrl+V.

The format is not super clean, but it can be used with excel after that.
For Windows 2000 that has done an strange text in notepad but it was OK in Wordpad.
With 2003 i did the same, but I used notepad. What kind of W2K3 do you use? SP?

Hi Dan,
The computer concerned is on Windows Small Business Server 2003 Standard SP2.
I am presently out of the country where the server is located. Working remotely, definitely does not work for me, based on the way described by you. Will have to wait till I get back and try again onsite.
Thanks in the meantime, Dan.

Thanks blaqut, and sorry for having taken so long to get back to you.
Honestly, I still could not get it to work the way you suggested. Tried it on at least 3 different Windows 2K3 SBS Std SP2 R2 . Something really very strange here. Anyway, the need for a solution has now gone. Maybe one day, revisit the problem. Thanks again for the efforts put in. Cheers
