Many systems have an unkown process task running on them

On many of my pc's and servers I see a process task that keep showing up. the name changes but the pattern is the same. XXXXXX.exe where X is variable. When I end the process is reaims off for many hours and lunches again. I have also linked it to a svchost.exe / system that seems to be associated but I am not 100%

I have Trend Micro running on all PC and servers they are updated
I have used TM, Spybot, PC Tools, and others to attemp to find the source, with no luck.
Higjack this revealed: C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\ZZ69B2.EXE
I use ccleaner to clean the temp folder but it didn't find this.
In safe I drilled to the files and removed them. However they still come up.

What else can I do or what resources can I get a solutions from?

I wish all Askers take care of their own questions.
