Opening UEA File

I encrypted a folder in Vista business with UPEK Protector Suite.  I upgraded to vista ultimate and UPEK would not work with Ultimate.  I reinstalled XP Pro and I couldn't open the file because it was in a UEA file which I have since found out is the extension that Vista puts them in.  XP uses fdp I think.  Anyway I can't go back to Vista business b/c I can't find the CD so is there anyway that I can decrypt the file in either VISTA Ultimate or XP Pro?  Please help
