Package libapache-mod-ssl is not available, but is referred to by another package

When doing

apt-get install libapache-mod-ssl

I get the following error message:

Package libapache-mod-ssl is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package libapache-mod-ssl has no installation candidate

My /etc/apt/sources.list file is a s below:
deb http://ftp.debian.de/debian lenny main contrib non-free
deb-src http://ftp.debian.de/debian lenny main contrib non-free

deb http://security.debian.org/ stable/updates main contrib non-free
deb-src http://security.debian.org/ stable/updates main contrib non-free

Why can it not find this package? on other servers i have, its running just fine.

Did you try to apt-get update first ?

apt-get clean && apt-get autoclean
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
apt-get dist-upgrade

Same error message
