How do I stop access to all sites on internet except 1 site?

I have multiple clients with all using their own pc setups with different explorer versions.
I want to restrict the use of the internet by blocking all sites and sending e-mails except for 1 site with my aplication on it?
How do I do that please?

Hello War1, will this works for IE7 too, have you tested?
