How to measure signal from antenna connected to AP?

Is there some software that can measure the signal strength of antenna that is connected to AP?

I thought netstumbler only works with wireless cards, I used it with my laptop and its built-in wireless card.

So, what you are saying is I can connect my notebook with AP though ethernet cable, and using NetStumbler I can see the signal strength from the AP?

Sorry, its misunderstanding.
You are right - netstumbler only works with wireless cards.
I want to say that via this application you can check: radio signal, noise etc...

I was kind of looking for software that will tell me if antenna is correctly set *to get the max signal satength). Like Netstumbler does, onlty I cant use it with AP. Are there any alternatives?

I dont undesratnd you, Darr247. How can I know how good signal antenna has, and how much I will gain from it?
