About Channel in Asterisk?

I use a softphone (X-lite) to make call to Asterisk, and I see the Channel is on the picture here.
But I don't know about the Channel column. it always change ? I see SIP/101-09bb7f90, SIP/101-09bbc118, SIP/101-09b93fb8, and SIP/101-09bb7f90 after trying to call many times. How to get the name of this channel, how to change this channel to a specific name? When I want to originate a call, I need to know about the Channel name, but It always change, how to make call?
I have 2 SIP account: 101 and 102. I want to call from 101 to 102 and I need to know Context, Channel, CallerID and Extend.

The channel name is generated automatically and you cannot change it. The SIP phones get told it when they have an active call and they can use it to merge or transfer calls to other people.

I dont understand why you need to know the channel id.

But how can I call account 102 if my account is 101?
I have 2 users: 101 and 102, I use these 2 accounts with my softphone (X-lite) and ZoIPer. I can use the X-lite to call to the ZoIPer. Now I want to write a small program to call the account associate with 1 in 2 account as above, and I need the Channel. I don't know whrere and how to get the channel. Please help me!

Thank you, i will check the configuration file again and hope that I will find why i can't make a call.
