I tried to repair my connection through Control panel -&gt; Network connections -&gt; right click on the network connection icon -&gt; repair. However I got this message &quot;the following action cannot be completed: Clearing the ARP cache&quot; (see screenshot).<br />

I have 2 nic, but the other one is disabled. I also have the xp service pack 3 installed.<br />

I can use internet, but I keep seeing this message whenever I run the repair.<br />

Network connection - Cannot clear ARP cache
