Access Gateway Enterprise Edition

We have 2 geographically seperate  Zones connected over an MPLS circuit. At present we have a single AGEE configured
at the main site. My question is that my client wants me to set the two CAGS up in failover mode. HAs anyone done this over a WAN before and is there any documentation about this?

We had difficulties enabling failover mode when the 2 CAGs were in the same building - I wouldn't want to contemplate doing it across a WAN. But we were using Advanced Edition rather than Enterprise, maybe that's better.

The AGEE Admin Guide has Chapter 10 on Configuring High Availability, with some info on doing high availability pairs over routed networks:

The fact that no one provided successful WAN implementation info (and the doco link) might be useful to someone in the future. Can the question be closed without being deleted so the info remains available and searchable?
