re apply patches to clients WSUS 3.0 sp1

I distributed Internet Explorer 7 to certain clients (using WSUS 3.0 SP1. So far everything is OK. Now I have a problem with Internet Explorer 7 on a WSUS client. Is there an option to re apply/install approved and installed patches (in this case Internet Explorer 7) to clients using WSUS again or do I have to reinstall Internet Explorer 7 on that client by hands. The WSUS report on that client says everything is OK.
Environment:
WSUS 3.0 sp1 on member Server 2003 english
Windows 2003 sp2 english
Client: xp sp2 english

Perlo--You should be able to download and install the WSUS patches using this download

Thanks fo answering
That's not quite what I am looking for. Mayby I have to clarify my question. I am looking for a way/option to re apply a certain software update (Internet Explorer 7) to a certain client (computer) using WSUS 3.0 sp1. The client got this certain update (Internet Explorer 7) days ago by WSUS and everything went well. Now this certain client has a problem when using Internet Explorer 7. So I thought that I can reinstall this certain software update again using WSUS. Since WSUS means that everything is OK with the installation on that certain client I have to tell WSUS that it should reinstall this update to that client again. How can I manage this?
