troubleshooting Question

syntax error in the ajax call

Hello Experts,
I am trying to submit data from the main.asp page to proxy.asp, I dont seems to have understood where I am going wrong. I have  attached the code  for the ajax call and the results should get displayed in one of the plugin I am using for jquery called Flexigrid.
Please can someone of you look into this?
