How to combine multiple rows of data into one row?

I have 2 tables that I need for a report.  Table one has a Unique ID # and Table to has multiple entries for the same Unique ID # based on a Update Entry field.  How can I create a query that combines the data for that Unique ID # into one row.
Table 1:
Unique ID #
111
222
333

Table 1:
Unique ID #     Update Entry
111                 Update # 1
111                 Update # 2
111                 Update # 2

Looking for this Solution for a query:
111                 Update # 1, Update # 2, Update # 3
