OWA was unable to get inbox when trying to connect

We recently installed Exchange 5.5 standard (Admin and OWA) option to a Win 2K pro box ito eleviate the memory leak problem that we have with our Exchange 5.5 Standard Server caused bu IIS. I can get to the OWA web page on the new box but when I am trying to connect to the Exchange Server it gives me an error (OWA was unable to get to your inbox) Is there a configuring procedure that I need to know to get it connect to the Exchange Server runnning on Win2k Server. Thanks

similar  question was already answered try the solutions here:

I have read that solution and still have no luck getting the inbox this is happening to everyone, any help would be appriciated

there can be a few causes such as user quota, wrong alias names or a wrong user configuration try the following links each addresses one cause:

user quota issue:

user alias  and user configuration issues:

Actually tried both solution and still no go. I did try to log in the old OWA server and I was able to get my inbox, so it has to do with the configuration on my new box that is missing. The old OWA is located on the same box as the Exchange Server now new OWA that we just installed is now located on a separate box on a Win 2K pro Machine. How do I get it to connect to the Exchange server?
