Terminal servers typically use the location specified in the Terminal Services Profile tab in Active Directory Users and Computers. If you set a location in that area, then when a user logs in they will get a profile established just for their terminal services sessions, and will follow them when going between TS servers.
Roaming already works, is only this check/uncheck problem. Everybody here use only TS session. We're all with Ubuntu and using RDESKTOP. I think, it's more an Outlook trouble! Anything else?
What version of outlook are you using?
