How do I use powershell cmdlet to delete a single users mail

In microsoft Exchange 2007 we are using a quarantine mailbox to store filtered emails from GFI Mailessentials.  Problem is because this mailbox has not been properly managed it has over 460000 mail items and I was wanting to know if there is away in Powershell to forcibly remove the mail items from there inbox.

I can't say I know how to open a mailbox and then remove items from inside of it with Powershell, however, you can always apply full access permissions to a user account and open that mailbox, and then remove items as necessary/
